Happy Weekend Indeed
Oh my what beautiful weather we are having. I am not even sure what the high was, but warm enough to not have a jacket on, so higher than 50 LOL. We started out our day with a wonderful temper tantrum lovely and I think we are going to end it the same way. Kay seems to think it is ok to slam her door on her way to her bedroom. Ummm I think not little missy. I have no idea where she could have gotten this young lady attitude, but it is welcome to leave as quickly as it shows up.
I went to JCPenney this morning to buy new curtains. They were having a HUGE sale and I found curtains for my room (minus 1 window), my bathroom, and the living room. I can not decide if I want to hang some over the blinds on the sliding glass door, but I am thinking maybe a valance. Of course Jon was sweating beads when I got home because he got flashbacks of the last time I decided to hang curtains. Lets just say I learned a lot and this time there are no extra holes in the wall. LOL Before he left for work this afternoon he said lets hang those tomorrow I think secretly he was thinking he was stopping me from doing it haha.
Well the march went o:k today. I am not going to address it much since I no way want to promote or support it, but I was worried about my brother and husband's safety, so needless to say it only lasted 1 1/2 hours and only 6 people got arrested.
Oh and the most important thing. BTW I think I am being a little hormonal about this, but anyways it still bothered me. My babysitter increased her rates by $200/mo, which I was not sure we could budget for with the new baby. When I got there Fri to pick Kay up I told Jon I am going to talk to Kim and see if we can compromise and meet in the middle we can pay more if she will decrease it a little. Anyways I told her there is no way we could budget that much of an increase and the new daycare would only be $150/wk for the baby and guess what she said. Well it is a nice facility and you will love it gosh I think my neighbor is next on my waiting list guess I better check and call them!!! :-O. I could not belive it I almost started crying (me who never crys) I just grabbed all of Kay's things and walked out. I was one disappointed that she can just let us a family that has been with her for a couple years just turn around and walk away just like we meant nothing to her. I made sure get took care of her and never took advantage of her. I was always there on time, gave her nice bonuses and x-mas and b-day gifts. Oh well time to move on I guess. Jon did have a good point though at least the kids will be at one place, so I have less driving around at night after work and the new place is closer to my work. Kay will love her new pre-school they take lots of fields trips and there will be lots of kids her age. It will be fine I am sure I just think my feelings are hurt a little bit.
Well Miss Priss is requesting cheetohs guess I need to go service her LOL.
